The law provides for the promotion of studies and the development of evaluation models and it establishes guidelines for the design of land management plans. It deals with all aspects relating to the hydraulic dynamics of the territory for the definition of the plan objectives and for the subsequent implementation, up to the planning of transformations of the territory such as modifying the existing hydraulic regimes according to the “Guidelines”.
