To improve urban quality, building financing is used for the purchase of areas for the construction of equipment and/or public services (public parks, car parks, etc.). It is also strategic to the improvement of urban quality, through the decongestion of built-up areas, relocating in whole or in part the relative volumes, or through urban furnishing interventions, creating cycle paths, ecological networks, road adjustments and related intersections.
